If these services believe there is a need for ongoing support, then they will pass on the details of the incident to us. And we will then perform our own checks and take action accordingly.

If you have already contacted us about a concern, then we will review the information we have with our partners and act accordingly. Only contact us if you have new information, or have witnessed a new crime, or have heard a new disclosure.

Unfortunately, unless you have a professional working relationship with the child, then we are legally not allowed to provide you with any updates on what action we are taking.

If you are a professional who has a working relationship with the child then please submit a ‘Request For Information’ (RFI) form on the portal using your professional log in.
