We will not deliver a replacement for a broken bin if we unable to collect the old bin at the time of delivery. The broken bin should remain at the front boundary of your property, clearly visible from the road from the date of the order. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days and the bin should remain in this location for the duration. If the broken bin is not visible at the front of your property, the new bin will not be delivered, and the order will be closed.
